Return & Refund Policy
At Lyvrae, we want you to love every piece you bring into your home.
If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns for the following situations:
- The product arrives damaged or broken
- You received the wrong item
- An item is missing from your order
To request a return, please contact us at support@lyvrae.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide the next steps or send a replacement.
Return eligibility:
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
For candles, the wick must be unburned.
For textiles and tableware, items must be unused and free of signs of wear.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll send an email notification.
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the item was damaged or incorrect)
- Used candles, washed textiles, or tableware with signs of use cannot be refunded
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible.
- Orders that have not yet been processed or shipped may be canceled for a full refund
- Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, scent, or color, please return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We do our best to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.
If your package arrives damaged or if it has been lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund as needed.
