Return & Refund Policy

At Lyvrae, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please review our Return & Refund Policy below for details on eligibility, timelines, and how to start a return.

Return Eligibility

Most eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the merchandise value.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Free of damage, stains, odors, or signs of wear

  • Returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Return Window

  • 30 days from the date your order is delivered

Returns requested after the return window may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Final Sale / Clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom items (if applicable)

  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may also be non-returnable. If an item is not eligible, it will be clearly noted on the product page.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@lyvrae.com, and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photos of the outer box and inner packaging

We will review your claim and provide an appropriate resolution (replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on the situation).

Important: For fragile items such as ceramics, please keep all original packaging materials until your claim is resolved.


How to Start a Return

To request a return, email us at support@lyvrae.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for return (optional but helpful)

Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions, including the correct return address (if applicable).


Return Shipping Fees

Unless the return is due to damage, defect, or an error on our part:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

If we provide a prepaid return label, the cost of the label may be deducted from your refund (where applicable).


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds cover the merchandise value only

  • Shipping, handling, and processing fees (if any) are non-refundable

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund after it has been issued.


Exchanges

At this time, Lyvrae does not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order and requesting a return for the original item (subject to eligibility).


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the timeframe above:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account again

  2. Contact your payment provider (some processing times vary)

  3. If still unresolved, email us at support@lyvrae.com


Items Returned Without Authorization

Returns sent back without approval or outside policy guidelines may be refused and returned to the sender.

A return shipping label provided by Lyvrae is required before sending any items.
